How does the service work? |

Whenever
there is a need for a contractor–whether it's remodeling your home
or business or an electrical problem–feel free to contact us by phone, email or through our
convenient online form. We will be in touch to set up an appointment in order to
evaluate the project.
Using your job specifications, we determine which
contractor is the most qualified for the project, will
successfully complete the project and offer the best value. We will schedule an appointment between
yourself–the home or business owner, the contractor and Contractor
Referral Service. At this time you will have the opportunity to discuss payment
terms directly with the contractor, ask questions and
view references and/or credentials. When you are satisfied with the proposal, an
agreement is signed. In some cases a deposit will be required upon signing. |

Where do your contractors come from–are they licensed and insured? |

Our contractors are professionals in their field who generally live and work in this
area. They are licensed in the states of Maryland and Delaware and fully insured. Contractors
will certainly provide licensing and insurance documentation upon request. |

payment terms. We recommend you ask about their terms
